As a Doctor

We go through a verification process when a doctor signs up to get onboard with Carewell Connect. We will confirm if you have an active license and are in good standing to practice. We will also confirm your educational background and specialties mentioned in your profile. You will be sent a code of ethics at Carewell Connect video to understand our quality standards. We will also need a video from you pledging to practice ethically and maintain certain standards during your association with us. Once approved, you can pay the sign-up fee and join the platform, However, we do not make any representations about the doctor’s ability to provide medical care.

Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will do it for you. We are working towards creating a doctor’s portal in future, after which you will be able to login and update your profile on your own.

If a patient contacts you directly to modify their appointment, kindly indicate the change to us so we will reflect the same in your available times.

As a Patient

The charges are different for different doctors and you will be notified of this before confirming your appointment with the chosen doctor.

Once you schedule the appointment, you may receive a call from the doctor’s clinic first to confirm the appointment, understand your problem and make a note of any past conditions or problems you have had. This helps the doctor in being prepared before speaking to you. The next call will be with the doctor. You will not be charged separately for the first call.

We are working towards having as many holistic / alternative healthcare practitioners onboard. You can currently book appointments with doctors who have collaborated with us to give you a holistic health solution.

We believe in empowering our patients to make their own healthcare decisions – but also provide a lot of information about our doctors to help you make that decision. When looking up a doctor’s profile on Carewell Connect, you can find his education qualification, expertise, background, verified reviews, photo and more. Don’t forget to leave a review / feedback after your appointment so that you can help others find the right doctor for their needs.

We hope that patients would honor their booked appointments, but we also understand that cancellations can happen.

If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, you can login to your patient account, find your upcoming appointment and click on the link to cancel or re-schedule. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully modified your appointment.

Too many cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows may lead to us having to take an action against your account.

For a simple online healthcare experience, we allow bookings only via the website as of now. If you are facing an issue with your booking, you can always send us a message here.

If you have reached the page that says ‘Your appointment is booked’, stay assured that it is done. You will soon receive an email with all necessary details about the upcoming appointment. You will also be able to see this in your patient login page.

Doctor’s can have an emergency sometimes. In such cases, we will email and notify you as soon as possible and help you with the next plan of action.

That’s okay if you don’t know the right word. In the search box, just type in the words that best match your reason to consult a doctor. Try to choose your doctor based on the results. If you still don’t know, you can get in touch with us over email and we will help you.

That’s easy. You can schedule an appointment directly from our homepage, or from the chosen doctors profile pages. Just fill in the required information and follow the steps to book the appointment.

Yes, while scheduling the appointment there is an option to upload your reports or other relevant documents. Don’t worry, we follow strict data privacy policy to ensure whatever you submit is safe with us and will not be shared to a third-party.

Your virtual consultation will be done on the Zoom application. Kindly download the Zoom app before your appointment.

Please click on the emergency appointment link and fill the form to schedule a same day appointment and we will try our best arrange the same for you.  

Refunds may be allowed on a case-to-case basis if there is a logical reasoning behind doing so.
